Lincrad Aerials NZ Ltd Trading Terms

Freight policy

* We charge freight on all orders except (1) those for 10 or more aerials; (2) backorders.
* Some orders may qualify for a freight concession depending on product type, quantity, and order frequency.

Returns and refunds

* Goods may be returned for credit.
* Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
* Goods that have been specially ordered for a customer cannot be returned, and neither can used goods that in our view cannot be resold.
* Lincrad Aerials NZ Ltd may at its discretion charge a 10% restocking fee on returned goods.

Warranties

We guarantee all our own-manufactured products for five years. Other products carry only the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not apply in cases where product misuse has caused failure.

Account payments

Accounts payment is due by the 20th of the following month. Overdue accounts incur interest at the rate of 2% per month until payment is made. The customer shall not withhold payment or make any deductions to invoiced amounts.

Ownership of goods

The risk of goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery but until payment is received in full the goods remain our property.

Damaged goods

If goods arrive damaged, please advise us within 14 days, provide the invoice number, and a description of the damage. Please do not try to repair damaged items without our agreement.

Pricing and availability

* All our prices are exclusive of GST and freight.
* While every effort is made to ensure correct pricing, from time to time our prices may change without notice as a result of fluctuations in supplier and raw-material prices and in exchange rates.

Backorders

Goods that are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on backorder and supplied once new stock arrives.

Changes to the above terms and conditions

Our agreement is required in advance of any changes to these trading terms.
